Appointment Deposit Policy
All hair chemical services (including balayage, blonding, and color correction) require a $150 deposit to secure your appointment.
• The $150 deposit will be applied toward your final service total.
• Deposits can be made through:

• Cash (in person)
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or miss your appointment:
• Your deposit will be forfeited.
• No exceptions.
This policy ensures dedicated time is reserved exclusively for each client.
